I went to Twister @ JP for a haircut and hairdye yesterday. The first time I went was before CNY.
Currently promo, 49% off hair chemical svs, 39% off hair treatment svs.
Initially only wanted a haircut but dyed my hair due to the promo. Haha.
Paid about 150bucks, hairlength is slightly touching my bra. (Do note, the 49% is only for chemical hair svs, I paid another 20.90 for a haircut).

Got a monsoon valuecard @ 300 bucks, was given a free hair treatment but I don't know the quality of that free hair treatment yet coz never use yest.
I was told if I get the 500bucks valuecard, they will gv me a better hair treatment. I jokingly ask them, so this free treatment I got for the 300bucks valuecard is lousy one huh. Then got nervous while explaining. I wasn't bothered by it ***, I just didn't want to fork out 500bucks at that moment.
So with this valuecard, thers a cashback of 10% of my spending which will turn to monsoon ddollar that I can use it for my hair svs in future.

Hubby: What?? U got tricked into buying their value card again!!
Me: Yap! I think so. Haha...

anyone tried the kerastase 4-step hair treatment with the promo? i paid about 90++ for my medium length hair and loving how smooth it is now... stylist was nicholas, very meticulous and nice!

Tim cut my hair a few days ago. I find that he provided bad customer service and has an attitude. My friend was horrified by his attitude as well.
From starting till end, i saw no "smile" from him. He asked me how do i want to cut it. I say i just want a trim because hair is getting heavy. He wants me to say specifically how many inches i want the hair to be cut. (even though i already said not too much) I was thinking...he couldn't make decision and gauge.

Skill wise, no comments. As i am in the service industry, i take customer service seriously. But from earlier post..i saw that he was quite "nice". Maybe different perspective~ or maybe he just had a bad day.
