Schwarzkopf OSIS Hair products - where to find them?

I just received my first osis mattifying dust aka pongpong fen from a LJ spree and found that there is no sealing whatsoever (like those clear plastic sticker which most products usually have). How about those that you girls bought off from the shop itself?

The pong pong powder under Schwarzkopf is called Dust-It, retailing at SGD 38 IIRC. There are quite a few versions in the market now. There is even water spray version, with high concentration of salt water present. These products gives great volume and is re-stylable all day. They can be applied at any part of the hair for the desired volume and body. Only set back [for certain brands] as you mentioned is thsat it is hard to wash off and the hair texture instantly turns caustic , dry and entangled.
