There are too many choice there and i don't want to risk my hair getting cut or perm by the unskilled ones.

I went nex mall a couple of times, saw about 3 or 4 salons there. Indeed, too many choices, its hard to choose one whereby they can do a good job.

Anyone tried Adam cheow from twister jurong point and Riva from hougang mall twister? Which one is more popular which trimming long hair? Good layering skills? Any idea? Wads the difference between leading stylist N senior stylist? I wanna use my Groupon mediscalp treatment n haircut but it only allows me to choose for at most senior hair stylist. Who will u recommend?

hello people do you know anywhere that provide stylist and nice haircut for boys ? i am living in jurong west and i dun mind travelling but not too far as long as the stylist have great hair cut skills. I had gone to kimage 2twice @pioneer mall by two different style , not good . I dun mind home salon if its not far . Korean hair salon like la coco , are they good ? i thought of giving it a go there. 15yo btw

Thought of sharing with you guys since I am on this thread, my hairstylist (Robin) for the past 13 years. He used to be in a small shop at Lucky Plaza and subsequently move to Spa Esprit in Vivo... now he is based in Salon Royale in Resort World

I have to say his cut are lasting and he knows just how to cut the right shape for me and that's why I stick to him all these years. And comfort thing is that he do not hard sell but recommend what is best. Only downside now is that he is located all the way in Sentosa and may be quite inconvenient. But for those who are driving, you may want to go and try it out... Cheers

heard the ppl from the salon mentioned that he went back malaysia due to health reasons! =(

hi been hanging out around on cozycot nowadays but this will be my first post.

basically at first i was from square salon (katon odean) under Ben , well he was alright but that was all.

so after reading some reviews i went to tampines one , twister salon under kason.
well my impression wasnt very good but il update once i go there again in dec...
i made a appointment at 3.30 but on the day itself i called back and it got chagned to 4pm, okay, fine.
i heard it was really good so i was very excited.

at four when i went in, the place was packed and i was ignored. a lot.
they took 1 hr to get my haircut started ! and he cut it when it was wet (i dont know if its always like that or anything... etc)
and after cutting awhile, he went to someone else(WTH) and left me there for super long.
he speaks chinese so we didnt talk much since my chinese sucks so much it was rather tense
i didnt really like the feeling .___.
in the end he cut a BOB. as much as it is pretty common, it is pretty well cut but the experience there wasnt very good but maybe cuz it was a friday?

tip:
go on weekdays at less crowded timings
try to tell him what you want ( i didnt and he just cut a bob etc) or if u really dk just ask him (i did this and yeah it wasnt very good , i dont want to explain , ive already wrote this much ~)

will go back in dec and try again , probably get a edgy hairstyle, btw he isnt pushy about products(he knows im a student , theres 10% off until you reach poly)
price is about 39.90$ for cut wash blow orig , i payed 35?
anyway u have to book a appointment hes the salon director :D

Hi, i like May from REDS. She did my long hair trim and rebonding that grew out beautifully and naturally. Lasted for 9 months n i went back to her again and she again did a nice trim for me and made my hair looked very natural. I hate the chop off look and i like how she is able to handle the subtle feel of the cut and soft layers. My hair looks good and easy to manage after wash. Not like some stylist over layer and then the hair become fly fly and split easily if u know *** i mean. So i give her thumbs up.

hi cotters im new here..so il do a favour n share a bonus to u alli have been following my wonderful stylist for 3 years n she have never failed me i would say..im at her mercy,i really cant do without her been to many salons before but she's so far the best i would dare pledge before there will be time when im really lazy n thinking that going to a nearby salon n grt e job done..but it will always turn out a disappointment..no joke.. now i really dare not think of going other salons n try or try other salon's promotions anymore...
she's also my listener il always look for her when i needed a listening ear or when im really down.each time when i step out il have a better mood, cause my hair looks great n my hearts lighter well,they always say "wana know things about her?talk to her hairdresser?"hahaha i guess its really true.im really thankful i met her.shes more than a hairdresser to me,cause she's to me a very sincere person n she never wana push me to do things.there was once when i did a haircut with her n i thought i had time so might as well do a treatment,but she said "dear!u just came to do a treatment last 2 weeks now u wana do again?your hair condition is considered very healthy already!dont waste your money pls!!"then she smilled at me n gave me a pat at e shoulder n said,but thank u very much candy i really appreaciate it but i know u bad mood only wana spend money,i understand u.if u need to do i will let u know honest she is skill very gd! always listens to what i wanted!even when she got customers waiting she will never rush her work.her customers always awaits patiently for her cause she always say "slow work produce master piece"she told me also that last time she rush her work n turn out shes unsatisfied so r her customers,customers r very important to her so she will never rush her work ever.
