20% for both the outlets? i want to dye too..but i believe their package is cut, colour and wash altogether right...wonder if i should cut first before i colour...do all the things at the same time sounds so damaging..

Justine told me that starting from today, its 210 per 2 pax, instead of the usual 270 for both. Up to two colours and any hair length.

Must be 2 pax though. She's at the Marina branch

that last time I went to chpt 2, I was half satisfied, reason because the guy stylist was cute and really nice ( ), but the cut was not as good as I had expected. My friend who went with me also wasn't satisfied with her haircut.

Cut & Highlights up to 2 shades (dont think can do low lights right?) , exclusive of lightening...whatever that means.haha... HTH =)

i've been colouring my hair at chapter 2 for the past 2 times, and i find the highlights (up to 2 shades) to be really good! i guess it's somewhat like highlights and lowlights??? coz they will choose a dark base colour and then something brighter to complement. only difference i guess is they don't colour the entire head with the darker colour first then picking out strands to highlight, instead they colour certain portions with the darker colour and then the remaining with the lighter colour. it's a bit like cheating, but who cares coz it looks the same anyhow!

ooh i'm going for my cut and colour soon! but must find kaki first!!!

hey i want to cut and color too..sounds quite cheating but from another point of view it doesn't damage the hair too much...hehe

linggy their excluding lightening means you have to pay another $20 if you want to bleach your hair..
