Sorry I don't know how to load picture here, it looks exactly the same as what hair salon is using, with 3 rollers that you can move around, you have to fill in water in a container, heat-up for the steam effect, but not the high-tech O2 steamer.

Lil Piggie, got it fr a shop name Magicboo, it is near to Lian Hoe @ Sentosa, one of the shophouse along main road. I suggest you check it up first thru website or phone directory before you go. Not sure whether the shop is still there or relocated.
