Hi, i've been told to buy a curling tong but I don't know which brand to get. I was recommended to buy from the hair salon but I heard that Jose Eber is pretty good (but also pretty ex). I'm not that keen to buy anything above $120. Any recommendations? Thanks ladies!

Daphnee, its really nice!! The curls i make using regular tongs don't last at all. I think its time i invest in a professional one. Is yours a regular metal tong or a ceramic one? What is the diameter of the tong? I am looking for a big barrel one. Cheap Coach Purses Coach outlet stores Coach Factory Outlet store

Good news for those who are looking for babyliss straightener/curling irons!

I went to a few places to search for a babyliss straightener and finally saw it at a salon distributor in sunset way! It's retailing at $120 but made in china if you don't mind. They also have a few curling irons and roller hairsetters.

Just to share, i saw a shop at The Arcade selling straighteners & curlers from a brand called Hot Tools.

Hope it helps! (Ps. Not sure whether I'm allowed to mention the shop names here..)

I've never used one personally (my hair is already very curled and when I want it straight I go to a stylist because I can't do it by my own)... but I've heard the watson is one of the best

i am interested in babyliss curler but i'm confused with the difference between two of its signature curlers, despite my attempts to read it up online . Do anyone know the difference between Babyliss Gold Titanium Spring Curling Iron and Babyliss Pro Ceramic Hair Curler? Also the length of my hair is slightly at my breast, which size will be ideal to achieve those big curl

I went to check out the Hot Tools that Staralyn said The Arcade is selling. If it is the shop located at level 2, they don't carry Hot Tools. Theirs is actually a brand called HotLips. HTHs!

yes .. totally agree .. because the temperature is high , thus the curls is more lasting

Babyliss Pro Ceramic Hair Curler would be the ideal one. Always look for the word "Ceramic" when buying any hot tools as it wont damage your hair that much. If you want to achieve big natural curls, go for 1 1/4" inch or 1 1/2" inch. Hope this helps! :D
