ok someone asked the problem of coagulation when making soya milk (ok this is for the manual method)

tip #1: when excessive foaming/coagulating of soya milk happens, pour about a half cup of cold water over the soya milk mixture and stir it frequently and rapidly.
continue to cook this for about 20 minutes, stirring frequently. it will stop foaming as it cooks.

this requires some skill.
