Hmm you can try ordering from Jessica aka Shiberty, ordered for my friend's birthday some time back, just told her we wanted a basketball theme and she came up with this design.. Ordered about 12cupcakes, can't remember the exact price but should be less than $40. Have quite a few flavors to choose for the cupcakes as well.


However you have to self collect at her house which is at Simei.

She had a "blog-shop" however i think that is mainly for people placing orders, you can browse her creations at her fanpage,
