for lunch/dinner, i would go for either bubble tea(honey green only), or pokka green tea or coke/MUGbut then if i'm hving my menses, only water for me.
water is a must throughout my day,hehehe.

free-flow water all day, HOT coffee+milo (very yums!) but only once a week hehe..
have been addicted to nutri soyabean milk for the last month.. i can finish 1 500ml carton at 1 go which is like 10mins!![]()
