    Hi Bubbly Gal,

How many buds do you use for 4 cups? I was told to boil it for 30 minutes, true? Tia.

    Cheers,

i just drank the 8 treasure tea from chong qing steamboat and i think im in love with the tea, it tastes so nice and seems to wash away the oiliness from the food?

where can i get similar 8 treasure tea like the one served at chong qing?
I've not tried the one at Chong Qing before, but Tong Shui Cafe does (or did) sell 8 Treasures Tea in ready-to-infuse packs. My family loved it. Tong Shui Cafe has several outlets - one is at Liang Seah Street, the other at Zion Road.

Rose Tea is supposed to have beneficial effects for women with hormonal problems. For 8 Treasure Tea, not quite sure of the effects - suspect you'll have to check the actual ingredients in each recipe (there are several different varieties).

    HTH!

i have bought a pack of rose buds but realised after keeping for a months, the rose buds are no longer in red/pink, infact the colour now is like dried leaves colours. are the rose buds still save for tea brewing?

Teapal's rose tea is very nice, has a rich rose aroma and the packaging looks so pleasing to the eyes too

There's another outlet at the basement of Plaza Singapura, near to the underground passage that leads to MRT

Yeah I totally agree that Tea Pal's rose is fantastic. Heard their roses are from france without artificial coloring. Too bad the one at Raffles City is under renovation, have to go to Plaza Sing to get it now.
