There is one at Joo Chiat Road, just turn off the main Geylang Serai Road, about a 5-10mins walk in. Long queue during public holidays.

Do you know Margaret Drive food centre? Near Queenstown Polyclinic and Queenstown library.

There's a popiah skin stall on the 2nd floor of the food centre.
    Made fresh on the spot.

i was in the cab the other day and taxi uncle was playing some chinese radio station, and it was a food programme. They were recommending this kueh pie tie stall in Marine Parade hawker centre (opp Parkway). Sorry can't remember the stall name.

Besides selling kueh pie tie, they sell the empty shells too. U may wanna drop by there.

yea the kueh pie tee shells from supermarkets are delicious! comes in a box of 50 pieces. my mum occasionally buys those shells and makes the filling herself. sometimes i'll just steal a few empty shells to eat.. equally nice when its plain. i'm getting hungry
