i will always go to DMC Catering. i got them for my wedding, my babies's full month celebration, dad's 60th birthday celebration, babies' birthday celebration and their food is always consistent and good. you want quality and tasty food, you will never go wrong with them

I tried Q'zin for my birthday party and got quite good feedback for them from my friends. Quality was good for their price range. Quite a wide selection as well. Good CS too.

Any idea how much pax should i order if i'm inviting 80-90 persons? Intend to order from Elsie's Kitchen. TIA!

er, u asking for how many people and not how much right?
usually the caterers will estimate around 10-20% more..
so around 70 will be just nice..

but for me, i will order the exact no of people...
if i invite 80 people, i will order for 80 people...
cause i would rather have extra food then not enough food..
else it would kinda be embarrassing..
then i wil force my guests to bring home the extras..

anyone knows is it silly to request for 1 single caterer to come twice (i.e. around lunchtime & dinnertime on same day) to top up food for 2nd round?
