Dim Sum / Yum Cha

Last weekend went to Harbourfront Centre where ex Dragon Gate (can't remember the new name now. They have changed name.) is. Used to be good (like 5years ago?). Totally NOT recommended now. Will not ever go back again.

Noble house dim sum is mediocre too! their siew mai and prawn dumpling are really small. good in a way that you can eat more of other food but the prices should be adjusted down too! lastly, i find their dim sum pretty average but was surprised to see the restaurant almost full house during a lunch!
