Please do not PM or asked me for recipes for the lessons i went before cause those are not my recipes and as a respect to the teacher and i paid for these recipes so its best for you to email to ask the owner for it.

Time: 9.30am – 3pm



Workshop Outline

·      The making of paper piping bag
·      Piping Design - Shell, Star, Diamond Imprint, Line
·      Making of sponge cake
·      Design and draw the cartoon characters + skills in
importing
cartoons onto cakes
·      Method in applying cream to cake
·      How to sandwich cake with fruit fillings


Cartoons Available: The Incredibles, Mickey Mouse, Barney, Tweety Bird,
Winnie the Pooh, Sponge Bob etc

Please refer to the attachment of our participants’ masterpieces



Participants will have to bring with them:

9" square cake (if possible)

Apron



Participants will be provided with:

Nozzles & Palette Knife for the design

All ingredients

All materials needed for the cake decoration



Early Bird Course Fee:

$80(if you bring along a 9' square sponge cake)*

$90(if you do not have a 9' square sponge cake)*(Abv cost is only
applicable if you register and paid  by 11 September)



Thereafter the course fee will be as follows:

If you come with a 9�cake:                 $100*

If you do not come with a 9� cake:     $110*





NOTE:

* stands for - Not applicable to free lesson
Lunch: Light Refreshment will be served
No liquor or lard will be used in the workshop
Notes and recipes will be provided to all participants. All
ingredients
will be provided.
Payment of Workshop – Via Bank Transfer or Internet Banking or via
cheque by latest 11 September. All cheque payment should reach us by
Saturday 11 September. We reserve the rights to replace any of our
participants on the waitlist if payment was not received by the said
date.
An administration charge of $25 will be imposed if cancellation is
made
7 days before the commencement of the workshop after payment of
workshop.
Participants to advise mode of payment.
Participants to advise whether they will be bringing a 9’ square
cake or
not.

heehee made similar cupcakes with choco frosting for my friend's birthday.... instead of whole cake...was told I'm cheating!

can't do those whip cream piping though, but bought pipig sets, goona start wasting a lot of cream to have some fun!

Received an email from the person-in-charge, and the contents are exactly the same as what BubblyGal has posted in the first post. I reckon the venue is the instructor's home?

A little OT here, but I'm also considering taking classes from http://www.phoonhuat.com/b_handsondemo.htm which is slightly cheaper.
