    Hi,

    I have not baked this cheesecake before but from the look of it, it should be referring to the specified 100ml water :huh:

    If were to dissolve further, i can't imagine what it will become.. hehe..

    Nope, reducing the temperature by 10 degree isn't too low. Wait, are u using convectionl oven (with fan) or normal oven without fan? If u are using convection oven, u should reduce by 10-20 degree coz the norm case is that convection oven is 25 degree hotter than normal oven.

    p.s; Ovens must be preheated at least 15 mins before baking. Best would be 30 mins..
    Hmmm, mine is the microwave convectional oven. I'll reduce the temp by 10 deg and see how it work out. Thanks.

    Mmm.. I just made black pepper chicken wings for dinner. Am a real foodie at heart, and i really want to learn to bake. But i find it very overwhelming and scary, so havent had the courage to try yet

    today i prepared these for picnic with my boy:

    1. Salmon patties
    2. Mini pancakes with cinnamon butter
    3. Egg mayo, ham & bacon sandwich

    he ate up everything!

    I have make 'Creamy Caramel Flan' (cheesecake like cream caramel )
    at first i thought it will be unsuccessful.
    Because it look watery and the kind of messy and is very sweet. But after chill in refrigerator for 1-2 day it look ok.

    I just made Bread n Butter Pudding, using wholemeal bread with butter, cinnamon sugar and milk/egg mixture.

    It turned out pretty decent, as I did it without any proper measurements, just by estimation.

    cooking rosemary brown sauce beef-pototoes stew for tonight's dinner. going to serve with rice. vegetable dish will be either lightly sauteed spinach (if i am hardworking) or just sliced tomatoes. leaning towards the tomatoes cause i have 2 rather sad looking ones in the fridge...must use up before they turn rotten.

    the same orange chiffon cake. yesterday's one was ok, a litte bland for my taste, so i change packet orange juice to freshly squeezed ones and add orange zest.

    LOL... at least u made an effort to add tomatoes..! Usually, i dont even care..

    se7enseas, WOW, i am interested to try that out since sometime ago.. How did u make your swirl? On roller pin?

    I'm cooking wanton noodles later for lunch and dinner would be grilled pork ribs with char siu sauce
