And this is what I got.

"Due to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations, we regret to
inform you that we are unable to ship fragrances (such as perfumes,
colognes, etc.) and nail polish to our international clients. We
apologize for any inconvenience this may cause."

hmm...then how other fragrances arrived & sold in Singapore?

Jimi, did you try MUA? May be someone will have this up for swap or sale?? Or get a US swapper in MUA to custom purchase for you. I guess the other fragrances that are sold in Singapore comes in containers. Fragrances via post would be more troublesome I gathered. The tendency for it to break and leak is very high unless you take special precautions.

Jimi, you don't really have to know anyone in MUA.
MUA is actually just a place for you to swap your (unwanted but still in good condition) cosmetics & skincare. You just have to send a message to the swapper for the item you wanna swap and wait for her reply.

Here's what i know...fragrances that are sold in singapore are shipped, not flown in by air. Why not by air? because fragrances, nail polishes, etc are considered flammable items. Hope i got the explanation right.

I guess the party is referring to the item ship by air.

u need a license to ship and only distributors have them. plus, if you want to ship just 1 or 2 bottles, it will cost a lot. I asked before, it is around $2k, just for the cabin.
