My fave is Petite Cherie, been 1/4 into the large bottle and have not gotten sick of it. It's mainly a pear scent, if there is vanilla, it must be v slight coz I'm "sensitive" to vanilla

These are the 2 that i own and like out of all. AG scents are rather weak, don't expect them to stay on the whole day. There is story behind each scent, the SA will tell you that.

Hadrien is another hot favourite, if you like greener scents.

I read so many reviews here in this thread that some people are not able to carry this one!

I was wondering whether anyone has tried AG's EDP. I like scents to last on me and I was wondering whether does the EDP make any difference from the EDT.

Normally EDP should last longer than EDT But I dont think Escentials allow you to try out the EDP though But just in case you are interested to try out some perfume, I will be going down to Raffles end of next week Pm me if you would like to come along

Thank you for your kind invitation!
I actually got someone to swap with me for the AG petite cherie and she told me that the EDP was a little different from the EDT.
She said that the EDT has more of the floral-ish scents while the EDP gave a more musky and sensual scent.
That was why I was puzzled when I read that so decided to check out CC! hehe.

I checked out Annick Goutal at CK Tang.. I didn't know that Raffles did have it!
Must go check out there when I have the time!
BTW , any rants/raves for the L'artisan Papillion perfume?

:huh: Maybe the concept is similiar to Chanel's Allure. I heard that the EDT and the EDP smells different too.

It's a pity we can't try the EDP before we buy. I bought the EDP Ce Soir and feel that it's a little different from the EDT. Somewhat less wine-like, unfortunately.

Oh, it doesn't cost that much. I paid $131 (and cost price is certainly less!) And aren't tester bottles provided by the manufacturer/distributor? In any case, I would expect the SAs to know more about the subtle differences between the concentrations. From various reviews I've come across, there is always a subtle difference between concentrations. And since it's an expensive purchase, customers really deserve to know what they're getting.

I asked the SA today about the EDP.. she told me its the same , only the concentrations differ.
How convinced should I be at that statement?! :huh:

I suggest you search MUA Productville and also their fragrance board. AG Petite Cherie

I know that for Chanel Allure, the EDT and EDP uses different species of Vanilla so that account for the slight different in smell. AG?? Must ask :huh:

Yes Teiko!! I totally agree about the request for the EDP tester!!
I am sure lots of girls will buy if they had the tester for the EDP, not to mention that it's an expensive perfume!!
