To cut the long story short, i signed up for a lifetime membership in May and regretted my decision quite immediately after. I signed on a Sat and wanted to cancel on a Monday. When i told them i wanted to cancel, i was told there was a 24 hr cooling period only and since 2 days have effectively elaspsed, i cannot cancel. (the 24 hr cooling period wasn't even told to me before, and i reckon it's a random number plucked up to discredit my case. Nonetheless, i was determine to fight the matter even if the contract says no termination. I went to CASE, which no surprisingly is powerless. I finally settled with small claims and they sided with me, although i wasn't awarded the full claim amt of over 7K. I basically had to pay abt $500 because of well breach of contract, which is fair as TY refused to even refund a single cent.
If there is anyone who experienced something like this, take my advice and settle it with small claims. Its slightly more troublesome but definitely more effective.
