Do you have any idea why is the UniSa degrees being discontinued?

I am one of the last intake for their degrees.. and when I enrolled, they didn't mention anything about me being in the last intake!

If I had known earlier *** this is the last intake, I might have considered other unis.
What if I (touchwood) failed a module? There is no next intake for me to join their classes.

APMI had assured that we can probably take modules (and get credit exemption) from other Uni, IF we happen to fail a module from UniSa.

But I am just wondering why is UniSa being discontinued?
Is it because their degrees are not good / recognised?

I hate to think that I'm studying hard for the next 2 years and end up with a useless degree.

yea, i have doubts for UniSA and Uni of Ireland Dublin..
Bt their course are shorter than the rest, so i am thinking of trying..
But then again, i am unsure whether is it recognisable? I heard degrees from UK is better.. I was actually thinking of bradford, bt its 3 years.. too long man..

So any others that has degree from UniSA and UniID, and secured a nice job?
I am actually thinking of Communication and media management from SA, and Marketing from ID.

Also, i just got to hear that there is this school at bugis that provides degree in BA from Uni of Wales. Anyone heard of it? MDIS also has uni of wales, bt it takes 3 years, where as this school only takes 1.5yrs. I don't know how creditable this is...

Anyone can clear my doubts??

I'm currently working in a new sch called The School of Applied Studies, which was previously called Ascent Educenter... and they provide Biz Mgmt from UOW too... (not sure if its the same UOW as the sch in Bugis offers tho...)

UOW is a gd school!!!! www.wales.ac.uk

Its Chancellor is Prince charles himself, so i guess its nothing dodgy ba... thats why i decided to join the sch ***...

from my research, i realised UOW is the 2nd largest Institute in UK, ofcos the 1st is UOL... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/University_of_wales
