I've actually never heard of an undergrad degree programme that lasts 2 years only unless the student gets credit exemption or goes through some fast-track scheme or whatever's out there... And I'm talking about doing it full-time, not part-time.

I have a friend with a diploma in business and after exemptions, she can finish her part-time degree (business also) in a minimum of 2 years. But taking on the maximum number of modules per sem was too taxing so she ended up taking 2.5years to complete her degree at UniSim. So i guess, unless you have a relevant diploma AND the relevant degree is only a basic one AND you really cheong the maximum number of modules per semester, it is possible to finish in 2 years

i submitted my certs at sim today! decided to drop afterall. The eapplication says if applicant is a local polytechnic diploma holder and GCE A or O levels student in sg, then no need for CTC. just photocopies of the certs will do as they're able to verify.

the open house will be on 13 Sep.

btw, are there any difference between bachelor in communication and bachelor of arts in mass communications? i didn't think there was a difference, but just had this thought at the back of my mind. wondered why they don't called it mass comms. hmmm...

Hi babes...anyone saw the news today on the amended CPF laws? Seems to me that we can now utilise our CPF savings to pay for government-subsidised courses offered by foreign institutes....

http://www.todayonline.com/articles/276370.asp

Does that mean we can also??

If we can, we should be receiving email from the school. They alway act fast regarding $$$$ matters.
