Places to study at..

Hi!

The starbucks I usually study at closed down (thanks to all the students who buy one coffee and plonk themselves there the whole day..) so am on the search of an alternative place to study at, in the East!

Where do you gals study at?

i dont stay anywhere near the east but i love to study at macs. especially those 24 hour and if you study at night, it's rather quiet.

When I was very very much younger and just before terminal 2 was opened, i used to go all the way to the changi airport to study at night.I think during that time the airport was not as busy as now.

My classmates and i will go to the quiet corners of the airport and work on maths problems. When we are tired, we will go see airplanes take off at the viewing gallery.

CC study club member. and i always like to report on those who dont pay money and yet make a scene, ie discuss homework or qn with friends! 'free admission' still dare to discuss things. if they are quiet, i just 'didnt see anyone' then

anywhere that's quiet. i used to cycle to pasir ris park and sit down in one of those benches and study my geography. (i was studying waves and rivers and being in the beach allowed me to understand and memorise faster).) and i'll cycle back, so i killed 2 birds with 1 stone, exercise and study!

I usually go to the library to study. But the bad thing is that you will have to go early in the morning to chope seats. But it's really a good place to study!

Sorry to dig out this old thread. Besides library and cafes, another other nice places to study? I don't mind paying, something like a club or so and there's a good place to study lol. Any recommendations.
