Any iherb.com sprees?

Any iherb.com sprees? A bit wary of their airmail option 'cos 1 of my packages bought from a few months ago, was never delivered. (Was also told that they don't offer refunds on airmail option.)

I know that smoochiezz is having sprees for this but I heard that she overcharges for shipping and so on.

hi,

Iherb delivery is super cheap at $4 USD for air mail as long you keep the total amount of purchase below USD80. You can select UPS or DHL at very low rate. I don't think spree is need since they're already offer flat cheap delivery rates and send direct to you home.
Try to select DHL so your purchase is protected. I have ordered more than 15 times over the past 2 years by air mail. Have yet to encounter any problem.
