Very disappointed in them....

They lost my items and only refund a few of them. The bulk of it, they just refused to answer me when I enquire about it. So now, I gotta swallow my losses... Sigh... What can I do if they refuse to answer me?

I suspect that they refuse to answer my "unfavorable" questions is because answered queries will be posted in the public segment of their website and they don't want to display "not-so-good" queries... Just count it as bad luck...
I've tried their service before and find it still not bad. Their agent fee & shipment fee is still reasonable to me. As for lost items, I did encountered before. Some of my items were lost during the delivery to their Shanghai warehouse. So they refunded back the amount to my prepay account. The only negative point about them is the very slow reply for enquiry. It take days or maybe a week for their staffs to reply my enquiry. Sometime I even have to post my enquiry twice before I got a reply back.

Don't suffer the losses yourself, die die must ask them to refund you back for all the items which they lost it. Cannot just let it go. Keep spamming them. As for the discount they promised you, perhaps they have forgotten about it? Best to check with them again. I'm not sure how their system work for the enquiry, sometime I could see my enquiry on the public segment. Then sometime have to login to my account then can see. Weird.

HI, I chanced into this thread when surfing the net. Thanks for all the replies here. Was looking for agents to buy things. Decided to use Peeka. Can the experience cotters help me, wondering which shipping method of Peeka is more worthwhile for me? I'll be getting some small notebooks (around 30), clothings and socks. Wonder if go by volumetric (Sea) better or by weight (Air) better? Not in a rush to get the items though.

Recently I tried 65daigou again and turned out their service standard is back to normal. My orders were placed at the same day I submitted and all my inquiry were entertained within few hrs as well. My guess is they solved the shortage issue of manpower which caused the service standard drop previously.I prefer to using 65daigou rather than peeka. Because they can deliver the air orders at the cost of peeka's 7-day express but at the speed of 3 days. This round I bought around 12kg cost 100sgd, and only took 2 days from china to SG. Worth to try them out again now

Default Please help demystify 65daigou !

    Dear Cotters,

I've been trying to figure my way out to use taobao agent for the last couple of weeks and decided to give 65daigou a try.

I'm still very confused by the payment process and fees ? Can someone shed some lights on the steps and fees they charge ?

    1) How many payment steps required ? I see that we need to pay first, they ship.. and then we arrange to pay second time for home delivery ?

    2) What exactly are the charges ? Can someone please explain to me in simplest terms and English using an example of something purchased at $100 that weighs 1kg ?

    Thank you sooooo much !!!

    Default Are the charges reasonable?

I've only bought stuff from Taobao twice from the same LJ spree organizer.

1st spree (ordered on 19 Sept, arrived on 2 Oct):

    Uploaded with ImageShack.us

    I bought this and this.

The pair of shorts was retailing at RMB38 and the top was retailing at RMB47. Both kuai-di added up to RMB22.

The grand total was S$38.72. There was a 10% agent fee charge and 4% paypal fee.

2nd spree (ordered on Oct 26, arrived on 12 Nov):

    Uploaded with ImageShack.us

    I got this and this.

    The clutch bag + kuai-di = RMB44 (it's selling cheaper now!)
    The green bag + kuai-di = RMB88.

Grand total including the same charges as above = S$58.72

Based on the above two calculations, are the charges considered as reasonable? I don't mind if the spree organizer profits a little as she is very efficient and reliable.

Thank you for any input, ladies!

[ps. I'm quite satisfied with the bags I bought. Can't say the same for the shorts!]

It is very simple, you can use their cost calculator function to evaluate your cost:
65daigou.com - Buy the world for you!

For 1kg by air shipment, you will pay 12sgd for the shipping cost

Also, for the payment step, you just pay the product cost first, and pay the shipping cost and agent fee after your items reach Singapore.

    Hope this will help you

I have ordered a couple of times with 65daigou. They may be slow in placing orders but I think their services are alright. I've been wanting to try peeka but their site confuses me, probably too used to 65daigou

Taobao is really cheap and i have bought lipsticks, T-shirt, bags as well as Iphone4 protector from Taobao. However, it is a little complex to calculate exchange rate each time, because exchange rate changes everyday. So recently i found a new shop smalltao.com. I like Tasseled dress in sloping shoulder, it is only $12.19, but i'm not sure anyone know this site before?

Other agents charged like $4 per 500g, but she charged me $4.50 for a pair of 100g shorts. i think all her shipping rates are just to rip customers off, especially those not familiar with taobao. And there was once i received a totally different pair of specs from what i ordered. I informed her and all she said was i should not have bought items that will break easily during shipping. wth! I wanted an explanation for the lack of inspection done on the item before shipping over, yet all i got was some totally irrelevant excuse.

so for new taobao shoppers, i would recommend using agents with more customers, like 65daigou or doris. at least they know how important customer satisfaction is and will answer enquiries.
I have no problem with crystal dolly BUT today I am piss because apparently, she suddenly changed her charges per items AND she didn't inform me and processed them.?
Seriously, I won't have know if I didn't check. (I have a lot of items like 20+ every time)

Can someone let me know a good cheaper agent?
I've seen 65daigou site, wats doris site?
