Fraud Spree Sites! Ladies Please Beware!

Just to tip whoever is reading this.

nikky (in cozycot) = omgnik (in spreesgalore) whose Haivanas Spree which was opened in 13 Feb still has not been shipped out from the supplier, much less to the Spree-ers. She also wanted to charge $2 handling fee for those who did not post in her stated format.

Now I hope that you guys will be more discerning about what you read and not just blindly believe all the rumours and hearsay in the forums. What you hear is often not the truth, or is just simply plain stupid because our T&Cs are very clear.

For example - Spree Organisers are not to be held liable for lost mail.

Yet I have complaints like these:

Lost mails do occur, and it is not the Spree Organiser's fault when things go missing. Livejournal has many Spree sites and none of them blame Spree Organisers for lost mail unless it is clearly intentional, as shown in the cases of Spree Organisers who go missing and they are clearly out to cheat money. Our terms and conditions are very clear and we will not change them for one case of lost mail. Do feel free to report the matter to CASE or to blow it up because there is no basis for your accusation.

This issue is closed. If you leave XXX any Feedback it will be removed as it is not considered valid. We will not tolerate such nonsense from our Spree-ers.

Seriously. What are the rules and regulations for?

Unless the all the Spree-ers in the same Spree have their mail lost, then something is wrong right? Then Spree Organisers posting access will immediately be removed, and once we find proof, they will be blacklisted.

Point is, many times you will have to look past the rules and look at the intention behind the rules. We don't want Spree-ers to be cheated. We don't want Spree Organisers to cheat. As long as both parties abide by the rules and be polite, things should work out fine.

If mistakes happen (Act of God), e.g. Lost Mail, GST incurred, Big Boxes shipped out by merchant = Expensive Shipping, there's no point pushing the blame around. We don't believe in pushing the blame around. As long as both Spree-ers and Spree Organisers try their best to be co-operative and mail out things on time and do topups on time and stuff like that, its good enough for us mods.

damn sick of the havaianas spree conducted by omgnik. it's been more than four months, yet the slippers were not even shipped! STILL STUCK IN BRAZIL L.EH! can you believe it?!? luckily i only paid for 1 pair of slippers. saw in the spree that some ordered 4-5 pairs.

i also joined esh4na's F21 spree, she updated us that someone dear to her passed away in jun, so she hasn't been handling the updates of the spree & mailing out of items.

Recently I purchased from vivianlly -vivianlly.com, the well-known blogger on last friday, till now, I have no news of my items. I also did send out emails regarding the status of my items, but did not receive any reply. Now im kind of worried.

LJ's comments can be screened by the owner if he/she shall not want anybody to see it.

I read somewhere there are huge problems with the Haivanas sprees.

I join esh4na's spree before. Don't really like her sprees.
Someone gave her discount code but she didn't use it. She said she couldn't use it. I tried the code and was valid for weeks after she ordered.

It doesn't make sense for an organiser to not want to use a discount code right?

After searching for (real) vivianlly-vivianlly.com (the chio bu) in this forum, then I got to know about her bad reputation + not sending items at all. If I knew it earlier, I die die also won't get from her. Didn't expect someone who is on the lime-light in media and in so many forums, to be doing such a thing, Sigh. Really learnt my lesson now. i do know of her past, but i thought she deserves a second chance. mid 2008 she had some CS issues like stated on the LJs.
but i did buy from her once or twice after those issues.
they all worked out fine(i just bought 1 piece each),invoiced,paid up and mailed to me within few working days.

However,this time it's taking too long(and i bought 2 pieces)

i even thought mayybe she fell sick or something?

do keep me updated okie?
