the thing is my friend does not believe that what she has are evidence and she thinks that luring her out again would be difficult. yup, i'm not sure how old she really is since she can fake her name. Blah Smiley

the update to this case is the girl threatened my friend to delete her handphone number if not she will not refund her $32. guess how much this girl refunded my friend yesterday? she only returned $28. my friend actually deleted away her number but before this, my friend messaged and ask where is the remaining $4. this scammer still got the cheek to say: "i thought you promised to delete my number? since you didnt, i won't refund you.." argh, so irritating. my friend replied saying that she already deleted, but had to ask where her remaining money is. apparantly the scammer stopped replying my friend.

i told my friend about all your suggestions here, like to reveal her current blogshop but my friend said what if she is turning over a new leaf, which i doubt so. bottom line is my friend thinks that posting her url may result in the scammer closing her blog and creating a new one etc and people will still get cheated. (argh, i feel angry about this) Doh Smiley

so well, i can't do anything and thanks for all your suggestions! Kiss Smiley

I can't believe your friend actually fall for it!!

The sms where she text "i thought you promised to delete my number? since you didnt, i won't refund you.." is already a very good evidence!!

I am your friend I will expose her bank acct number. The scammer can change and close blogshop but how fast can she change her bank acct number?

BTW, since your friend feels that she can't expose the scammer, you can do her a favour.

The scammer can't sue your friend that way.

    Default Beware of Vintageheroine!

I first made contact with the organizer of an online spree for imported lip balms on Thu, 25 September 2008. She has two websites, namely, http://saccharine-lips.livejournal.com and http://vintageheroine.livejournal.com, her bank account number is DBS SAVINGS 027-5-056413 and her msn account is: liteluv@hotmail.com . From the facebook account that matches the latter email address, her name is supposedly Joei Chen. No other information is known about her, except that she is still organizing ongoing sprees as can seen from her new blog: http://vintageheroine.livejournal.com and her advertisements on livejournal communities such as http://community.livejournal.com/sg_onlineshops .

On Sat, 27 September 2008, I made an order via email for 8 of her items which amounted to a total of $64.80 inclusive of free normal postage, as stipulated from my email correspondences with her. The account number given was initially the wrong one, which suggested carelessness on the organizer’s part. The correct account number was then asked for and the payment of $64.80 was made to her account: DBS SAVINGS 027-5-056413 on Mon, 29 September 2008.

After this last email to inform the organizer of my payment, she neither verified my payment nor sent an update on the status of the spree until she allegedly mailed my items, which was irresponsible of her. In this new email, she said that one of my 8 items (with a value of $7.90) is out of stock and that she will refund the money to me. She also said that she has sent my parcel via registered mail on her own accord, which cost $4.60 and therefore will deduct that amount from the $7.90 she owes me. Overall, she admits that she has to transfer the remaining $3.30 to me tomorrow. However, she neither transferred the $3.30 to me nor updated me on whether or not she was going to transfer the money to me. In fact, there is also an error in her judgment. Normal postage is supposedly free in the first place, as stipulated on her website, and registered mail only costs a flat fee of $2.24. Therefore, the amount she should have refunded me is $7.90-$2.24 = $5.66, but this was not refunded at all.

On Mon, 3 November 2008, I sent an email to ask her for an update of my parcel, because I had not received the item yet, even though local posts usually only take 2-3 working days to arrive. On Sun, 9 November 2008, she finally replied to ask if I had received my parcel and did not mention anything about the unmade refund. Naturally, I asked her to track my parcel down, since it can be done because it is registered.

However, she was adamant about the fact that I should have received my parcel and that perhaps I was not at home when it came and therefore there should be a slip from the post office, telling me to collect it. I explained that it is not possible, because there is always someone at home and that I have never received such a slip. This went on for a few days of correspondence via email, until she allegedly admitted to losing the registered mail slip on Mon, 10 November 2008, and therefore cannot track my mail. I felt this was not only irresponsible of her to lose the registered mail slip, but also of the way she was handling the situation because she was not helpful in trying to resolve the situation. In fact, she even felt angry that I was trying to push the blame of the lost parcel to her, when she has lost the registered mail slip, which was the only way to track a parcel and also the only way to prove that she has mailed out my parcel.

On Thu, 13 November 2008, 12:33AM, she apologized for losing the registered mail slip, her reason being that she did not know that it was an important document for retrieving lost mails. She also said that she felt it would be unfair if she had to fork out $70 for the loss of my parcel, and asked how I would like to be compensated. I replied, saying that while I understand her predicament, I would like the stocks to be replaced and that I was fine with waiting. On Thu, 13 November 2008, 11:40AM, she proposed that she will replace the stocks that were lost after she opens another spree and will arrange a meet up to pass them to me. Even though she has since opened another three sprees after this first one, she has neither contacted me about replacing my stocks nor refunded me the original extra amount from out of stock item of $5.66.

Since then, she has not updated me nor has she replied when I tried contacting her via her two email addresses several times to ask about this replacement. Her current email address (vintageheroine@gmail.com ) and website (http://vintageheroine.livejournal.com ) are still working because she is still organizing ongoing sprees and uses this email address specifically to contact her customers.

It belongs to my friend's girlfriend so I do feel a bit strange for putting her down, but she's seriously trying to rip off as much as possible. Her prices are super hiked up and she even watermarked pictures which she took from other sources. O_o Oh, and she spams a lot too.

My friend and her are recently promoting this: http://eumora-beauty-bars.blogspot.com/ Apparently these bars help in detoxification and weight loss. My friend works for an MLM company so he did try to sell the bars to me since he knows I'm trying to shed some kilograms.

My boyfriend warned me to not say anything about them but I'm unable to tolerate any longer.

I believe the owner of this website (Diana Koh) is the suspected scammer of the recent Victoria's Secret Scam. There are more than 40 victims already, the actual no. of victims still unknown, might be somemore out there who are still kept in the dark. Default Urgent!! Beware of missyinc in lj

Hello all, this is a friendly warning to all fellow LJ spree-ers who happen to read this forum. This is regarding exquisitelady aka The Missy Inc at livejournal. Take a look at all her feedbacks gathered so far.

    http://community.livejournal.com/spr...e/1563585.html

    http://community.livejournal.com/spr...fb/214496.html

In summary, spree-ers are upset because of:

    1. Her poor customer service, lousy attitude, insincere replies.

    2. Her consistent usage of "lawyer letters" and "appropriate actions" to threaten/warn spree-ers who probed her on issues especially shipping costs.

    3. Her constant addressing of spree-ers as her "buyers", when they'd mostly joined the spree solely for saving money via bulk orders, NOT to be her customers or "buyers". They also had no idea that she is a seller, not just a spree organiser.

    4. She kept using her "company" to give an impression that she/"they" have the power to sue the spree-ers and take "appropriate actions" against them. Also, in her emails to some spree-ers, she mentioned that her "company" is recruiting spree organisers. However, the "company" name mentioned is "The Missy Inc". She also claimed that the "company" is hiring full-timers and will enjoy company benefits such as free holiday trips sponsored by the company, AND also free bags from the suppliers. HOWEVER, she did not announce the registered name of her "company", and according to some spree-ers who had checked things out, they said her "company" is not even registered.

    5. She kept insisting that the high shipping charges were due to the "company" being overcharged by the supplier BUT the "company" played the nice guy by "subsidising" part of the shipping charges. Any proof for the genuine shipping charges by supplier? Unfortunately, no.

More info can be found on her lj. She/The "company" is fond of organising Urbanog, BIGI Bags, PGMall sprees.

Dun say u haven't been warned.

    Hi ladies,

Jus to share my experience with www.wardrobe54.com
I ordered 3 dress Total: S$72.48 from them (above $69.90 will have free reg postage) and made payment to them the next day..From the web. they did mention that will sent abt 3 -4weeks time due to post new year order. btw i made order on 3rd feb. So happily i waited. Only until 3rd MARCH, i check my spam mail and saw their update that one of the dress was out of stock. and the will refund to me. I paid **** still oos super sad. The oos dress cost $29.90 so end up my order was below $69.90 sadly, they will be deducting the delivery psotage S$3.90 from my refund. =( why is the postage fee is charge on my side where my initiative was to order $60 and above to get free postage (i'm cheapo) hai..but i think is kind of unfair.
What i most unhappy was the size i recieved was XXL not the one i intend to buy *free size. I emailed them on 5th march (the day when I received my dress) asking if they have mailed the wrong size. on 7th march, they reply me that " Our sales refer to your order and NO order is placed for 54CO3825. " So i go and check. its my careless also for shop by looking blanky the picture/model. TO my horror, the stupid me really ordered 54L014(the XXL size)

    http://wardrobe54.com/product_info.php?products_id=1078

but what i intend to order was. http://wardrobe54.com/product_info.php?products_id=1061

I really **** its misleading as they used same model, wearing same colour shirt the only different was the pose of the model. hai..all got to blame myself. end up, i jus got the refund after baring the postage fees. with the XXL dress dunno at where. ladies who intend to shop here, pls be careful when u order. their picture is quite misleading.. hai..overall still ok la..at least got reply my mail refund me but one thing. they die die *** wouldnt call me..i simply cant find their contact number..

hai..so careful when placing order dun be like me over excited and stupid! dumb me. hai..

Yup, I have reason to believe it...
Her first post was advertisement for her blogshop (not the scam site though) which we had linked to the scam site.

TheRainbowYiling, I did not know that my friend's girlfriend has an account here. LOL Smiley

Updates: Her boyfriend has denied that she is K-Sayuri. Apparently he claimed that everyone mistook her as the scammer.

Actually the account was signed up only when everyone was discussing about this scam case in the VS thread. I suspect that one cotter who dealed with her before tipped her off and then she came to join CC.

Anyway, case is already reported and actions will be taken... we will all know who is the one.

Fellow cotter dollishchic is handling this matters, I think she did a great job! Clap! Smiley
