I'm not sure if this is the right topic to post in, but please beware of this website: http://dstyle-fashion.blogspot.com/
It belongs to my friend's girlfriend so I do feel a bit strange for putting her down, but she's seriously trying to rip off as much as possible. Her prices are super hiked up and she even watermarked pictures which she took from other sources. O_o Oh, and she spams a lot too.
My friend and her are recently promoting this: http://eumora-beauty-bars.blogspot.com/ Apparently these bars help in detoxification and weight loss. My friend works for an MLM company so he did try to sell the bars to me since he knows I'm trying to shed some kilograms.
My boyfriend warned me to not say anything about them but I'm unable to tolerate any longer.

Wow first time heard that registered mail is $4!
registered mail is SGD2.24 plus e normal postage rates.
my friend got scammed by this girl who is still operating and there are several other people who got cheated by this girl. i feel sad/angry for my friend because the girl scammed my friend for $55 and in order to lure her out, my friend fake an order. she met the scammer yesterday and the scammer was angry with my friend from luring her out and demanded my friend to pay $18 for that fake order... in the end my friend only got back $32(not yet transferred) and from $55, the scammer minus away her transport fee and that $18. my friend had to apologise several times for faking an order while this scammer, who was at fault, did not even apologise.
i asked my friend for that scammer's link(to warn other people) but she refused as she was afraid that she will sue her. apparantly the scammer threatened to charge my friend if she dared to speculate her account number.
this girl is still at large, using fake names and having several blogshops. she is using a DBS account and i do have her fake name. but for my friend's sake, i cannot say.
so ladies, please be careful!![]()
what the ^&^&#*&^#(*#&(#&(*&
she's in the wrong, and ur friend shouldn't be afraid of her..perhaps u can put up one of the links and warn people..
understand that ur friend is worried of a lawsuit, but would she be guilt-free if more people are being scammed? it's like she knows the scammer, but she isn't stopping it..
chantel ng was being interviewed in TNP a few days ago and she said she was not a scammer and she don't understand why people have to accuse her for it. i don't know whether that is true or not![]()
Hey beauty4life,
That is one fierce tigeress your friend is dealing with. Your friend definitely lost out on verbal arguments. The scammer must be quick and ferocious to even demand compensation for transportation and orders.
Doesn't mean the scammer is fiercer and more aggressive than your friend means she is in the right.
If your friend have sufficient valid evidence, by all means expose this scammer. Not only by making a police report, but also exposing the details of this bitchy scammer in the forum.
Afterall, empty vessels makes the most noise. I doubt she will even have the money or guts to sue your friend as it will create more negative publicity for herself.
Hey, if this scammer has to resort to such means, she probably doesn't have the money to use. And sueing does her no good because no matter whether she wins or not once the matter goes public she will receive damage in her reputation. Hence it is actually better for your friend to reveal her identity so as to warn the rest.
beauty4life I do agree revealing the identity of this scammer will help others and it's only thru spreading the word that these unethical cheats can be shut down. I highly doubt this scammer will sue either as all her dirt will be dug out in the process and it's probably an empty threat.
It will make online shopping a peace of mind for all of us and help the legit and responsible sellers continue their businesses.

ashoppingdiva,
she showed me the messages the scammer sent and the scammer was threatening to charge my friend with harressment if she dared speculate her account number. but this scammer is only like 16?! i doubt she will have the guts to do so too, but my friend is afraid and she think that going to the police again is troublesome.(she went to the police when she first got scammed but she had no evidence) but now she has evidence that the girl scammed her cause i read the message with her saying " i did many cases before, trust me i will refund you.." i think this somehow implies that she cheated many people? the thing is my friend is afraid so i can't do much too.
alba,
yup, this scammer is fierce. my friend is like too nice to rebutt this scammer so i was angry why she didnt ask me and my another outspoken friend to go. i believe if i was there, i would have demand a full refund.
my friend said that this scammer is very nice and will act innocent but after you make payment, she will stop replying to etc. that's why my friend said reporting to the police wouldnt help. apparantly this girl would ask another person to pick up when my friend called and when my friend asked for a refund yesterday, the person still got the cheek to say "why didn't you call me earlier? i will return you.." well, lies again.
greyhakuro and sh00puff,
my friend doesn't even know i'm here in this forum helping her waring/ranting for her. i hope she doesn't scold me.
but my friend said this girl is scheming as she used various names and she will close one blogshop after another, after she cheats. so it would be tough to catch her. but the irony is she is still using the same bank account.
thanks for all your replies.i will ask my friend tomorrow and see if the girl refunded her the money.
what has the world comes to? those get cheated still worried abt scammer's threats. she should go and make a police report. bring all the relevant emails/transaction details to police.
reveal identity....... i still feel that going to police and make them nab this fellow is better. she said she's 16 but who knows how old is she?
beauty4life,
All the more reason to report to the police and get others who are being scammed by the same bitch to do so.
The scammer can continue to put on an act in the police station.... looking innocently at the walls.... of the lock up cell....
That will be a good lesson for her.
beauty4life - ur friend is on the winning hand actually..she got scammed and she got threatened..the scammer won't have a case against her..
