Hi, I tried TrueShape Red Wine spa previously, it's coooool and relaxing I like the ambiance and their staff are accommodating. Highly recommendable!

I have to disagree. True Shape offered bad service and the $18 deal is not worth it at all. I remembered very clearly that I rang up to enquire if the facial is a full one including extraction because I had bad experiences with salons claiming to have promotion but only offer a trial facial without the essential steps.

I was assured that the facial is a full set INCLUDING extraction. That was why I went ahead to purchase 2 more sessions to let my parents enjoy the treatment. When we went down today, we were informed that it was a 1hr facial with the following steps: cleanse, scrub, massage, red wine + machine and mask. No extraction. If you want, you will have to top up $30. Their machine does not seem to do a very good job because normal ultrasound machine will warm up a little to assist in product penetration. And the mask was just an ordinary red wine mask that I think you can buy off the shelf at Face Shop or any Korean mass brand.

Perhaps Cozysprees should look into this matter and make sure there is no future episode of misrepresentation of dubious salons just trying to cheat cotters. It would be very helpful if the actual steps of the facial was stated on the voucher itself. Too bad that I didn't get the name of the staff who assured me that the facial includes extraction. It was highly disappointing and I would not even pay $18 for that 1hr thing I got (it does not deserve to be called a facial). In fact, asking me to pay $5 would be pushing it with the cheap products they use.
