Was greeted with really nice hair stylist and the salon people from platform salon.
was also offer coke and felt at home and at ease with the friendly services

New Essential really give me a good feeling on my hair and as i touched it , really feel it so smooth and soft. i am glad it is so easy to use and was given a tube of free sample to use it at home.

The Salon was also specially design for Essential. love the pink design and set up. I was served with juice too.

I was treated to sit in a place specially meant for Essential event, with a pink fur mirror, a laptop to explore Essential's website which is loaded with haircare and makeup tips and a glass of chilly orange juice.

The female hairstylist looked through my hair and gave me a consultation, explaining a few reasons why i have dry, itchy scalp.
She asked me not to tie my hair up or go to bed with my hair wet and not to scratch my hair with fingernails to damage the hair scalp.
She's profesional, friendly and patient with questions.

After which the guy who attended to shampooing and mask was also patient and attentive. He was the most gentle hairstylist i have ever come across. His massaging while washing hair was just right. I was asked to feel the softness of the hair after applying the mask. He asked me whether i prefer blowdry straight or curly.
When i answered curly, he really did each curl carefully and beautifully.
His service is really exceptional. I ask him for his namecard so that i can come next time but he said that he was an assistant( Malaysian) who worked there for 2 years and gave me an alternative namecard of his colleague.

From the moment i stepped in when he was receiving me, he was humble, patient and attentive and do his job properly. Will definitely go back to Platform Salon again

Essential mask really feels different from the rest of the mask i use. The effect was glossy hair and feels silky smooth. Like the effect! Will continue to use the mask in the goodie bag given to me

i was excited when received the email from cozycot about the hair mask trial. not only becos i won the prize, but knowing this product has came to our local shores!

i was attracted to the packaging and bought 2 bottles home from tokyo during my holiday in November last year. in fact, i regreted only getting 2 after trying it out; it left my hair really smooth and untangled the whole day. i even sourced for it online and it was only avaliable in tokyo and not even hongkong i thought i can only get friends to get a few for me when they're travelling. but now, i can purchase the hair mask over the counter.

Thankful to Cozycot and Essential to invited me to this EVENT.

All the lucky ones are invited to the Platform salon to experience this effect of Essential damage for our tresses be it long or short to shine all the way to the ends.
Irene is one of the professional stylist to help and patiencely explained what and how to apply the hair mask to our tresses.

After the treatment my hair was blow dry and Irene before had emphasis for hair mask it is only be placed on hair shaft and avoid the scalp for any unnecessary sebum to be built up.
Thereafter my hair was feeling soft and tamed.

Eventually i was given the sample of full size of the Rich Primer Mask. (of Ultra Honey and Shea Butter extract) and 3 handy cardboard kawaii(cute) hand fans with Essential's message. Though not foldable i still carry one in my bag In any case of hot sun and stuffy air . An interesting PR DVD TVCM about the Essential Damage care advertisement were enclosed too.Indeed a not-to-forget experience with Essential. All the samples are packed in a lovely Paper bag too.

After all the treatement i cant resist but end up purchasing the essential pack from Watson at 9.90 too. Haha...

What i like most is Kao even provide us the sachet of Essential's shampoo and conditioner for us to experience the after care routine for oneself even at our home's comfort!Cheers to the latest technology Kao had brought the awareness to us about the need of hair care to our last 15 cm of hair.*Which most brand out there really neglected!

I can only describe the experience as CUTE. The seat, mirror and the packaging. The shampoo guy gave a good and comfortable shampoo and Irene (the stylist) gave me a decent explanation of the product. I am user of their shampoo and will definitely continue to use the free mask given. Cause i LUV the scent.

It was truly a relaxing, pampering and wonderful experience being served by Irene at the specially set-up area for the event. Irene did a great job in explaining the use of the hair mask and in dishing out advice on hair-care. She also helpfully explained the difference between the two types of hair masks.

I also had the chance to learn more about Essential through its website during the mask's leave-in time. Included in the website were even make-up tips to go with different hair-styles.

The end results? The New Essential mask made my hair really smooth and soft, even the last 15cm which was rather damaged initially; I couldn't resist touching it intermittently for the rest of the day.

Kudos to everyone involved for making this event possible! I look forward to more of such events in the future!

First of all, the highlights of all-time:
A pampering & stress-relieving hair beauty session compliments from Cozycot & Kao Essential Haircare.

The session starts off with the stylist explaining to me how the whole hair treatment session will be done and which product will suit my long, fine but limpy hair - the Nuance Airy series to give glow, natural shine & volume to my hair.

There are also a mini-laptop to keep myself entertained with Essential Haircare website's fun-filled mini-games while waiting for the treatment products to work wonders into my hair.
