i was extremely excited to know that i've won this hoyu package

Hoyu was even sweet enough to text me an sms to remind me that i've won this contest, even though cozycot has already emailed me in advance

anyway, the hoyu studio was located at parakou building, located somewhere near tanjong pagar mrt

the studio was very spacious

each of us has our own table, unlike the normal hair saloon, whereby the tables are like 1 long stretch

upon arrival, i was greeted by a sweet lady, who has a good command of english, and she is really nice.. she gave me the colour chart, and i told her i wanted the mohagony, but i don't want it to be too bright red.. i want a slight red only, she assured me

after deciding on the colour, i was passed on another staff.. the whole hair colouring process was fast

i made an appointment at 2pm, and i left at 3:15pm

fast, wasnt it?

Best of all, i'm extremely happy with the outcome of my hair colour..
after that i was even given a goodie bag, consisting of spray, gel and serum..

i love the bottles!!! They are so kawaii.. and in pink

great experience. Thanks Hoyu and CozyCot!!

hmm, i dint receive the email though and was very surprised that i received their sms.

anyway, just had my hair done today and it was really good

alot alot better than what i was expecting

the 2 ladies attending to me are very experienced

their head massage is good, even better than those salon ones.

the coloring turn out so much better than i thought

friends cannot believe their ears when i told them its free

their jaws dropped when i showed them my goodie bag

their service is really really good

thank you so much for the win

I was selected as one of the lucky winner for this.Amber was nice enough to change my appointment as something happened to my family when I selected the appointment.On the day of the real appointment,I was late due to work but Amber still let me through the coloring.

The ladies were wonderful.The person who told me about my hair condition was very detailed at explaining how to use each of the products.
