About Us

We specialize in the management and promotion of artistes from all over Asia seeking representation for work on TV, Film, Print/ TVCS, Broadcast & on Radio on a global basis.
TINSEL is started by artiste manager Melissa Lam nine years ago and has brought many top pan Asian artistes in the likes of UTT, Jaymee Ong, Denise Keller to viewers on Singaporean terrestrial TV. In the course of the nine years, Melissa has forged relationships with many terrestrial TV stations in Asia in the likes of Mediacorp (Singapore), NTV7 (Malaysia), GMA-7 (Philippines) just to name a few and has also represented artistes for stints in regional cable networks like AXN, National Geographic, HBO-Asia etc.

Combining the work of effective public relations and communications, we aim to deliver to our Artiste clients pro active publicity campaigns to heighten their individual profiles and at the same time return to our corporate clients by building up the artistes in the public eye so that the campaigns they front will have twice the mileage and exposure.

TINSEL is also one of the very few artiste management houses to provide a celebrity publicist service in combination with our management work. Our expertise lies in the ability to package an artiste career in the same way of a product/ services launch. Focused and targeted PR efforts to the right publications and media synergizing with the Artistes current workload and upcoming projects.

Today we have expanded our operations to casting for projects on a case to case basis as well as providing consultancy to media companies planning to set up their own artiste management departments. Our services in this area includes the know hows to setting it up efficiently, the legal structures to be put in place, advice on length, duration and all aspects of artiste management contracts, up to date industry information on all rates by star profile in a country by country breakdown and analysis, provision of contacts and networking for cross country projects and co-productions.
