The Rouge Allure Velvets are long lasting but rather drying. You will need to prep with a balm first.

I finally caved in and bought this concentrate. It's good, moisturisng (I use it alone without moisturiser) and soak into skin very quickly. And the smell is just heavenly! Heart Chanel products!
