I have this problem with my current pencil liner.
After lining the upper eyelid waterline, when i blink it smudges on my lower lids and i look like i have panda eyes.
Is Urban Decay's pencil liner good and smudge-proof?

My HG is urban decay 24/7 eye pencils, they are awesome!

Love them because of the wide variety of colors, intense colors that you need to line it once to get the look, easy to glide which makes lining so much smoother and easier, long lasting, smudge proof and doesnt affect contact lens wearer.

naked palette is all I bring for my travels. I pop it back into its original box to prevent the colors from breaking in my luggage.

Hi all, I'm purchasing UD Naked Palette 1 & 2 directly from USA. Anyone keen on getting it as well? It's gonna be $90/palette. If you get 2 palettes then we can get it at $85/palette.
