After reading all the raves on Kate's Super Sharp eyeliner, I went out to buy one and I have to say, it stays on even after I went swimming.

I like sana liquid eyeliner but the funny thing is only the brown one has lasting power when you apply it on upper & lower eyeline. The black and the blue are not lasting on lower eyeline.

I think the best is still MAC Liquidlast. Its pricy at $33 from Tangs, but it really lasts the whole day, lasts during bath, even after using facial cleanser. Have to remove using oil based cleanser though. I love it! Its takes some skill to apply but its okay for me just follow the contours of the eye in one stroke.

If you do not want to use MAC. You could try Kate Gel eyeliner, or the 24hr waterproof eyeliner =) They are available in most drugstores. Kate is available at Bugis. I'm currently using the KATE gel eyeliner. IMO, MAC is still the best. The colour is the most intense and long lasting! My kate eyeliner does not smudge but it does not last as long as my MAC.

I am the ultimate eyeliner lover LOL.

MAC. It can be a little pricey however it you only need a little bit so the tube can last u a long long time. Alternatively, i will strongly recommend Urban Decay's Eyeshadow Primer. It has been widely raved and I love it too. Just that you might have to ship it frm the states.

kate is available at BHG Level 1 cosmetics department. Look out for Kanebo counters. Its also available at BHG Tampines, not sure abt other BHG as i have not been there but should have kanebo counters .

If you are in town, OG orchard point have it too at level 1, Kanebo counter. They are next to Fancel

Price its around $15.90. Its comes in black or brown

Is it, I used the 24 hr tattoo eyeliner a few times and I found the pigment to be rather faint. So I stopped using it. The pigment will get darker? Around how long does it take?
