Anyone can do a review on which Smashbox primers is the best?

angelbabes, i'm a bit confused. you said dont use Guerlain primer with LF that gives matt effect, but your Biotherm MATTE PUR mattifies your t-zone. meaning cant use these 2 together?

girlgirl17: Biotherm MATTE PUR is good to use it alone which any makeup base cos it has good coverage n mattify the T-zone area.. when i combine it with Guerlain primer, it becomes too thick n cakey... I have tried with other foundations with Guerlain primer so far no cakeyness found... so for Guerlain primer !!

ysl matt touch is your best bet. They have the tinted and clear version.

Eye shadow base. I think there's a thread on this.

kny4eva Should use an eyeshadow primer on your eyelids. Concealer will work too, but eyeshadow primers work better as it increases the vibrancy of your eyeshadows and also prevents it from creasing.

Good ones to try are Too Faced Eyeshadow Insurance, Urban Decay primer potion. Please do a search to find out how to get them.

Its $58 at DFS and $60 at regular YSL counters.

I'm using the beige one and it. Haha. At first I didnt know how to properly apply it but after experimenting with my foundation application method it worked! Now I can stay blot-free for 4 hours with this primer. (I have oily skin )

There's also the blue and pink bases for brightening and radiance effect respectively.

sugarette star: Do that only for pore fillers. Just apply other makeup bases in an outward sweeping motion.

any good makeup base/primer with SPF?

i've tried on the new Maybelline 1. oil control not really good and doesn't really cover my pores. not to mentioned it left me with clogged pores.

currently i'm living off my usual Gariner sunscreen, the box said that it can be used as a makeup base. however, it leaves a glowy/dewy finish (i prefer matte) and doesn't control oil. well, at least it doesn't clog my pores.
