Anyone tried eyeliner embroidery? I'm rather sick of using eyeliner as it tends to smudge most of the time and I'm contemplating to do embroidery after seeing it on another girl. Any reliable beautician to rec?

    Cheers!

    Default Sophia Brow House

    Heya,

I just want to share my experience. I just did Creative Eyebrows at Sophia Brow House at Marine Parade yesterday.
Sophia explained to me about the 3 kinds that they were offering.
    1. Eyebrow Embroidery $178
    2. 3D Creative Eyebrow $326
    3. 4D Creative Eyebrow $508
All included a free facial, one touch-up and a cream for application.

I chose the 4D Creative Eyebrow - $508 in the end cause she said it'll be the most natural.
Then one of their staff (Apple) helped me drew the eyebrow shape suitable for my face, after I Ok-ed it, she put the numbing cream. After about 20 mins or so, she started the process, which took up till about an hour. It wasn't painful at first but after the numbness wore off. It was a bit painful but bearable.

My brows turned out to look quite nice and natural. Just a little dark, luckily my hair is jet black. They also said the colour will fade and peel for a few days. So I'm just waiting to see how it turns out.

The bad thing is that they tend to hardsell their facial packages. It's really quite intimidating. Kinda regret taking up the 10 facial package. But aiya. pay already..so bobian. Hahaha..

Yeap. Hope this helps anyone who's considering Sophia Brow House at Marine Parade!

I was skeptical at first too until my colleague showed me hers and it was as scary or auntie as I thought. I went for mine in Jan but some of the colour have faded off. According to the beautician, the colour will only "come out" after a month and when the scab has dropped off. I am scheduled to go for touch up in Apr.

Have to rave abt this, i did eyebrow embroidery with Amy at her salon #1 today. It was sooo natural, same outcome as the creative embroidery as i previously did that w a china beautican and paid about 300 and turned out super bad. Even amy said it was badly done man. So i just go ahead and do the embroidery with her. Super love it and worth every cent! Haha she's my eyebrow savior!

just had my eyebrow done with sophia yesterday. i went to the shop @ bugis. When the staff know i had appointment with sophia they did not offer me to do this/that (which is good )
start with the drawing and i said okay, sophia offered me to do the 3D,she shows me the different but i still decided to do the EE, the result end up quite good, but i still do not fully satisfied, the result after embroidery and the one she draw to me is different, it ends up quite thick but i'm quite ok with it.
i paid $250... and i get 1 free facial, 1 scar treatment cream, 1 free touch up...
anyone want to see the result?? i'd like to share it with u

I did my brows at number 1 salon, by Amy in Aug last yr and went for my touchup in dec 11.. i jus accompanied my sister there today to get her brows done.. so far we are quite happy with her skills and our brows! i would say that the colour will fade to like natural brow colour hence the outcome is quite natural.. Amy is super friendly and i would say that she is patient and would like every one of her customers to leave her place with beautiful brows.. but one thing that number 1 salon can improve on is their staff's customer service, some of their staff have "super black face" which makes you sick of asking them for appointments or checking with them if it's ur turn soon.. But I will still go back to look for Amy for touchup..

My sister and I asked about the price for eyeliner embroidery.. it is $120 for upper eyeliner embroidery and $100 for lower eyeliner embroidery.. i am still considering whether to do it.. I am just afraid that it will be super painful!?!? or is there any recommendation for places doing eyeliner embroidery? I like those eyeliners that will have a "mild seductive" look, those with wings.. keke =)

I always go to Allure Beauty Salon to do my eyebrows. My mum goes there for eyebrow embroidery, and I think it's very good. She did eyebrow embroidery before at Jean Yip Bugis but it wasn't very good. Then she changed to Allure, and I think the shape and the workmanship is really great. They also offer facial services. I go there monthly for eyebrow plucking. They have two outlets at Commonweath and Tiong Bahru Plaza. Look for Coco. PM me if you want more details

    Hope this helps
