S$55.00 at the airport back then, IIRC.
One of the best powders around! Very silky and fine; slightly shimmery. But choice of shades very limited. #0 was too pale and #1 was too dark! I'm a LSF #4.
to add on, GA is not available in sg anymore. It used to be the cheapest GA worldwide
They will prob be back next year but at a retail outlet, not at the airport.
Ohh... I'm sorry to hear that they're no longer around.. I'm still thinking of getting it when I touch down at the airport.
However, I did not seem to have seen their makeup counters around in US...
Think you can try Saks Fifth. A few of the outlets have a GA counter![]()
Hehehe  .... will try to find Saks at LA when I reach there Nontheless, anymore good loose powders to recommend?
I would say Kesalan Patharan. This beats most of the other loose powder hands down. That is including GA micro fil. Wonder if this is a valid suggestion since you are located in the US though![]()
the micro-fil powder, used with the LSF, gives me the most flawless face ever.
many thanks to the ever kind babyflite :)
New Armani lipglosses!

There are 8 colours. Just came out in Australia and retailing for AU$42. Should be cheaper in HK since the tube lipglosses are AU$40 but much cheaper in HK.
Description of the colours:
#1 soft baby pink apricot tone
#2 deeper but still sheer rosey (sounds like Shine Lipgloss #5)
#3 brownish coffee tint
#4 metallic gold purple
#5 goldish bronze brown (sounds like Shine Lipgloss #4)
#6 berry
#7 similar to Sheer #8 lipstick. transparent bright pink
#8 soft baby pink purple. the shade in the ad
I'm extremely tempted to just call the Sydney counter and order #1, #7 and #8!![]()
I am lemming the christmas jewel palette. Has anyone bought it? Is it worth it? I really want to try GA (GA virgin here). WHat's the best thing to start???????? I want to try the eyeshadow, the foundation, the lipstick, the lipgloss, the eye pencil ... literally everything!!!!!!!!! Which to start? Which to start?![]()

hi there!
Armani is my favorite line ever. I have cleaned out nearly all of my Stila and Nars to be able to replace with Armani. The products just have such a wonderful feel, and the colors are beautiful. I feel that the items are truly pampering!
I am lucky enough to live 3 blocks away from an Armani counter... it's so hard to resist. I have a good idea of the range, and I think that the eye shadows are really standing out, as well as the foundations and future sheers. But the whole line is wonderful, and I love the lip/cheek products too! The pencils are so smooth and nice, but I hate to spend the money on them! If you had to pick an item to try first... I would start with e/s (a unique pretty shade you know you would use) or a foundation (just b/c the texture and finish is so excellent!) Or if you have a good friend, you can split a future sheer with her.
I saw the Holiday Jewels palette, and honestly... I am not impressed this time. The colors are not as rich as they look in the catalogues. They still have good texture, etc, but I also don't use these colors often. I was able to walk away from this item, I was proud of myself!
I saw it online, love the name, love the colours, love the cute palette and couldn't for the life of me, resistOriginally posted by koneko

And Iit. Though the colours are on the sheer side, they're really pretty and wearable.
