can anyone tell me if bobbi brown's or mac's liquid foundation is better ?

Bobbi brown is better than MAC. The liquid found has lighter texture, easier to blend and better shades for asian skin.

In terms of price, oil control, lasting power, coverage and finish, i find that Revlon colorstay performs better than any of mac's liquid foundie.

Hi gals, I've just got myself a Bobbi Brown Long-wear Gel Eyeliner Graphite Shimmer. It looked nice when I swatched it in the store. But then I read some reviews on the internet that it has bluish undertone. Can anyone who has used this give her feedback?

By the way, is it alright for day makeup or is it more suitable for night time? When at the store, I was afraid that Black Ink might look too dramatic for me, but I'm wondering now if I should've gotten the Black Ink instead. I don't wear makeup often so I want something versatile (I don't want to stock too many items).
I don't wear MAC foundation so can't tell you my skin tone, but the SA recommended Medium to Dark Bisque Corrector and Natural Concealer to match my foundation (from Shu Uemura, I forgot which shade), and I have very dark brown eyes (almost like black). I don't know if this information is necessary or not when choosing eyeliner color :p

And is it too much if I pair it with shimmer eyeshadow? (Again, for daytime)

Hi,

I've been an avid user of Bobbi Brown's eyeliner. It's the best eyeliner in the cosmetic industry in my opinion. It's long lasting and I have oily lids - it doesn't smudge as much as others I had used before. I've used the Graphite Shimmer before and I wore it to work/school on a daily basis. It should look fine - just draw a thin layer to prevent yourself from looking too dramatic.

Actually black is not harsh at all - i find that it opens up your eyes and it gives you an allure. I have hidden double eyelids and it suits me really well. Remember a thin line always helps!
