not really, it's creamy and moisturizing enough for the undereye, but it's too creamy to be used to cover up blemishes etc

Like the previous post above me, I wouldn't recommend it for covering redness particularly around the nose. It's too oily and unsuitable for Tzone areas particularly with Singapore's humidity!

lighthearts I use bb corrector/concealer for both undereye circles and blemishes. Usually I apply a thick layer (by layering slowly) of concealer on my blemishes and lightly just pat with loose powder. It works as a cream foundation of some sort that way.

Has anyone tried the Foundation Stick? It looks very tempting - portable, easy to use and medium-high coverage - but I'm worried that it'd be too to heavy for our humid weather. Any reviews?

aime: I've been using the foundation stick for three weeks now and am liking it, especially when I need to be quick in getting my face "respectable".

Pros:

1/ Good colour (I use Natural and for reference am a MAC NC35). It is yellow-based so works well with my skintone. Other foundations tend to be more pinky.

2/ Quick application - just zap a few strokes over my face, blend and walla all done.

3/ Portable - i carry it in my make up bag in case i need to touch up.

Err.. the only downside is I have to use a primer first otherwise it becomes an oily mess by lunchtime.

Hope this helps.

Aime: I was color matched with the foundation stick and then went home to consider if i should purchase the foundation. hubby was impressed with the color and that my face seemed to have even skin tone. so i bought the foundation stick and the skin foundation at the same time. am finding that i am using the stick foundation more often due to the quick application and realising that i need more coverage than the skin foundation can provide. i dont find it to be heavy compared with other foundations that i have tried. my prob is that sometimes i have patchiness on forehead...still looking for a HG moisturiser... but later during the day...the foundation seems to blended better.

Vain Jane and li zhao: Thanks so much for your reviews! It sounds like what I'm looking for. So far, the both of you have not had any breakouts/clogged pores due to this?

Looks like I'll be getting the foundation stick soon Thanks ladies!

aime : no problems with breakouts or clogged pores and yes, do check the price on strawberry.net i think it is slightly cheaper and some times there are also discounts.
