How long do you need to travel from home to work everyday?

Hi cotters,

Stay in Kallang area and might get an offer from a company located at Jurong east. Guess there will be at least 45 mins to an hour journey between home and office. Is this consider long journey ???

Hmm I live at jurong and takes 1.5hr to sembawang bcuz of peak hours + bus too packed. Previously work in changi....I think you should ask yourself whether you are comfortable with the journey and the job is something you want?

I travel at least an hour eberyday and find it is really taking it's toll. it's definitely something you wnat to think about. I didn't think it would effect me but now, it's feels like i have no life!

At least an hour plus with all the waiting here and there. The bus from my estate to the interchange is already 20 minutes or so. The train to my workplace is around another 40 minutes plus minus. If i were to take a cab it will only take around 20 minutes.

I take about 1hr 15 mins to travel (provided I can squeeze into the very first train that pulls in) LOL.

My office is quite near to my home, by public transport will take me about 1/2 hour to reach.

For me, it takes 1 hour, from the moment i step out of home to step in office.
