anyone going for the next SIA interview?

Hi,

Next SIA Interview is on 7th January. From what I know, SIA is needing cabin crew so now's a good time to join.

I have a friend from poly who got in for the December round, 1st time applicant. She was coached by a couple who used to work in SIA and the mock interviews and the coaching really helped her to prepare thoroughly for the interview!

I'm really considering whether to leave my current job and apply for SIA for the Jan 7th since they are looking for people.

Anyone who'd like to go for the interview coaching let me know, I heard they do group coaching so perhaps we can sign up together.

Hey all.. pardon me.. could I check whether are there any cabin crews with medical issues flying on air? Cos I have a thyroid issue here and I am not sure whether they'll be able to approve my condition?

Could I check what if i head for the interview after my operations? Will they still mind my medical history or ? TIA! =)

Hi, I'm considering applying for SIA. I hope some kind souls can help me answer some questions.

Firstly, what's the minimum flights a junior cabin crew must take? Since there's a basic of about $1k,I'm sure there must be a minimum to earn that basic. I'm not planning to fly only the minimum amount, but I just need to know the minimum flights an SIA girl must take every month.

Secondly, during the 4-months training, how much allowance/pay is given? I certainly hope we're not expected to survive for 4 months without any pay at all, lol.

And lastly, hope someone can tell me how long a short-haul flight, mid-haul flight, and long-haul flight are? (counting the check-in time etc. ).

Really hope someone will help me with these queries. Thanks so much!

Flights are rostered to you every month, so there is not really a count on the number of flts per month =)

during the 4 months training, there is no allowance, but you will be given your basic pay. =)

Flights are rostered to you every month, so there is not really a count on the number of flts per month =)
