I am wondering what kind of questions or preparations do I need to do for my 2nd round of interview with HR director?
I already went through the hiring manager the 1st round. I am quite confused by this arrangement because usually 1st round should be with HR and then 2nd round with hiring manager. Any advise?
Probably he is there to give you an overview of the package that the company is offering?![]()
Ya I thought they are going to offer me the job. But according to the Adecco lady who called me, the interview will not be about the pay / benefits as yet. the HR director will most probably be asking HR related questions to see if I can fit into the company's culture?
Now Im kinda lost, dont know what do I need to prepare? All the questions that have to be asked are already asked by the hiring manager.
I went for an interview with the HR director. It was the first interview. Ask intelligent questions about the company culture, job scope, expectation, target setting, benefits. GO direct to the point, try not to beat around the bush.
Don't giggle too much cos the HR director feedback to me that many graduate giggle a lot during interview, project a professional image and be confident. Try and market yourself as much as possible when given the opportunity such as revelant experiences BUT try and do a short and sweet summary eg. Focus on *** u did, performance (eg. 50% increase in sales, profit), how you gained from it.
