IN HR line too, but more on recruitment side. Have been trying to love it... but well.

Worked in Japanese cpy before as a temp. Everything is so jap-cultured. Pantries are all stocked of japanese snacks & green tea. The stationary used were all very high quality, all made from japan and the file holders / magazine holders were the kind used in Japan (magazines dont stand vertically but horizontally with the stem of the magazine facing upwards).

They are extremely hierarchy focused i ever experienced. You see, there werent a decent office chair for me and so i was given stool to sit temporary. Then, my senior saw that i have been sitting for so long (2 weeks plus) that she decided to push a cushioned decent office chair that was been used but left sitting at one corner for me to sit on. But later, i was told i cant use it for long cus the size of the chair signifies the post of a staff in the company. It was just like a normal chair to me, not big at all. But just becus the manager or executives or a certain ranked staff uses that kind of chair, others cant use it if they werent of the same rank. Something like that, very very particular. I never have this problem whilst working in our local transportation industry.

haha i never work in jap company before. maybe next time in future i will haha....
