Any cotters working/living in South Korea?

hey fellow cotters, i've been posted to South Korea to do my internship for 5 months (beginning march next year)...and i've to find my own accomodation/basically the moment i'm on the plane to s. korea, i'm really on my own.

So, if there's anyone living/working there, please do help me out!!

for starters, you could give me some tips on where to rent a room/what to do or not do there..etc.
