I was so angry and upset when i saw this video. How can the passerby be so heartless as to stand there and watch the poor little girl being ran over by the van twice! True enough there is this man who tried to help an elderly woman and was being prosecuted eventually, but any other human being seeing this happened would have run over and help the poor girl isnt it.
