tell me, am i really someone whom you wish to develop a fulfilling relationship with or are you seeing me as a game.

i can't tell your motives and i'm starting to feel it's better to walk away from it all.
do you love me? or are you simply finding a way to cure your boredom.

now baby, i'm telling myself to give you one more chance. just one more. if you don't take this seriously, i'm gone. and all you'll see of me is my back. all you'll ever hear of me is telling some other man i love him.

This girl, around 6 or 7 years old, was sitting beside me and complaining to her mummy about this and that. Can see that she is very spoilt. She got so impatient when she was being served 5-10 minutes later.

I approved this person into my facebook although I don't have any impression of her being my secondary school mate. And shit, she spam my facebook wall by posting some facial products, asking me to buy. She should just buy the products herself cos' she looks ten years older than her age. Sorry to say that, but she asked for insult. Pissed off.....

Pre-Monday blues

just wanted to rant about my lousy experience with a particular property agent!! this Darren Ng from Dennis Wee Group, just end the transaction worth 2.4million on a bad note.

Complained to me that his commission was reduced because of Betty Tan (i saw Betty advertising on his website, so they probably worked together to mislead my family!!). Well, if you werent happy by the amount, you dont have to close the deal, you could have walked away!

It all started with me looking for an agent randomly, and he got lucky. so within 2 weeks, the deal was closed. Week 1 when the deal was almost done, I smsed him and said that I want a set of fu lu shou when he closed the deal since I'm the one who gave him business. This oily person actually called and said oooh, the deal not closed yet. Fair enough.

then throughout the 2 weeks, whenever he couldnt get hold of my parents, he called me, even at 11pm at night. and he started to play mind games when we did not make a decision quickly. Hello, our property, we have the right to decide if we want to sell at a certain price! Fine, i helped him since i wanted the deal to close too. I also told him to update me.

the deal was closed on Sunday afternoon. No calls from him. Monday morning, i received a sms, (calling is probably too expensive, or a waste of his time since he already closed the deal) saying deal is closed, and he COMPLAINED that his commission was reduced cuz of Betty. WTF? anyway, i said will i be expecting my fu lu shou. so this joker, after earning $24,000 commission within 2 weeks, WITHOUT A SINGLE WORD OF THANKS OR APOLOGIES, said he cannot buy it. he said it will give his luck away -.-""

then tell me earlier, i could have easily let another agent close the deal. there were other agents with buyers offering $2.4 million, who would have agreed to a set of fu lu shou. so yes, from my own experience, this property agent, Darren Ng is not trustworthy, and pester you to make decisions, gang up with other agents to play mind games, and then disappear when he closes the deal. i'm not saying don't deal with him, but you can make your own decision after i have shared my experience.

he just gave his luck away, because of his double-head snake attitude and actions, i dont think i want to deal with such an agent anymore. there are so many agents out there, he definitely lost a repeat customer.

ps: btw, fu lu shou is because fortune teller told my dad something, and my dad wants it.
