If guys secretly took pictures or videos of you, how would you react?

Actually, if you suspect someone is taking a picture of you, you can demand to see the phone/camera whatever and ask for the negatives (if any!) or demand the owner to delete the picture on the spot. Else, threaten to report him/her to the police. That should do the trick.

I never had the courage to do so though. I usually just give them a dirty look or say very loudly that so and so is taking a picture of whoever.

some mrt escalators r v high, so must also be cautious when u r wearing a short skirt & esp walking up e escalator. woo! free show eh?!

when i do need to walk up e escalator in a short skirt (rushing for time), i always hold my bag behind to block my butt.

I have seen the website vantastica mentioned before, was totally disgusted with it.

Read from FP, IIRC, that a guy literally stood behind the girl with his HP right below her minis and snapping away, without the girl noticing. Until she was informed by another person. That totally grossed me out, can't imagine there are people doing this in broad daylight. Talk about advance technology, but this is obviously causing a problem, which some guys don't even see it as a problem.

I remembered doing a search on Google on such issue. I think if we can prove that the person has caused alarm and distress, we can actually sue him. Here's the link . Maybe not really sue him, but just to scare him that we do have our rights as well!

last saturday on my way to my SO's place, i was on bus 14 and this secondary school boy from temasek secondary school pissed me off..

he thought im 1 stupid woman, didnt know he was trying to take my pictures because i was wearing sunglasses. i was LOOKING at him all the while (in an not so obvious direction) :roll:
its sooo obvious that he was busy snapping me as he held his camera phone so high up!!
I FEEL LIKE SCREAMING AT HIM!! but he got off the bus first before me.
WTF..!!!

i dunno whats sooo nice and great about snapping other people.

This reminds me of an incident. Happened to my friend's sis and her classmates. They were at Popular Bookshop buying greeting cards. One of the girls bent over and a guy hovered behind and took pictures of her under her skirt! They were all in their uniforms by the way. One of the friends saw that and grabbed that guy by the arm, but obviously the guy was stronger and broke off. She chased after that guy. This took place in Compass Point during a crowded time. Can you imagine NO ONE stood out to help a secondary school girl chasing after a pervert? :puke: They even spread and made way for his escape! She begged some passers by for help but they just ignored her.

i think first thing is, the crowds are unsure why you are chasing the fellow. E.g. if its snatch theft, the guy might be armed with knife or something. If you yell MOLEST, guys and aunties armed with their umbrellas are more likely to step up to help.

I rem few years back, my friends and i were queueing for some concert at taka.. this uncle 'befriended' us and he was standing nearer to the stage. When the artiste came nearer, he asked me to come over and stand infrt of him.

Stupid and naive me , stood infront of him and i could fell his nasty and dirty fingers trailing up towards my chest!! Thank goodness i shook him off and asked what the f*** is he doing.. and he just denied everything.

I am so dumb to shut up about it. My friends kept asking me what is wrong, but i didnt tell them.The dirty old man was having a smug + dirty look on his face. DAMN.


If only i shout out, if only i had the guts. I definitely have it now. Just try me, i'll probably castrate that person on the spot, with a penknife.
