Oh yar ! As for the keeping of lots, im kind of confused.

I do know that bad lots have to be burned immediately after reading.

How about the good or medium lots ?

Cause some say cannot bring it home, some say they will keep in their wallet for awhile before bringing it back to the temple and burn it.

So now i actually keep the lot in my wallet and intend to bring it back soon to burn it. Is it correct ?

From my point of view, irregardless of the nature of lot. I will always read and burn them off.
The most crucial procedure is to know how to get the lot.
Firstly, borrow the container for the lots.
2ndly, tell the GY what are you consulting on.
3rdly, shake the container for the stick be removed. (only one lot stick should be out of the container)
4th, ensure ask if the lot is the one and throw the 2 red thingy and if it is a yes it will have one facing up and the other facing down.
If this doesnt work, repeat step 1-3 again for the next 2 time.

Please be advised that you are only allowed to repeat this thing 3 consecutively and its a No for the 3 times.
Come again other day.

if you have taken a lot, return the lot container and pass the lot stick to the person in charge. In return, he will give you a slip of paper which is the lot. Read the lot book and interpret as you perceive. Burn it off before you leave the temple irregardless of the nature of the lot.

No worries. Return and burn joss stick to GY. In your heart, just say you have forgotten to burn the lot away, now you are returning to burn the lot away and apologise. After you burn, remember to do some donation (tian you) and get some sweets for good luck.

I have a question. I didnt know that i have menses until i reached home. But i went to pray and qiu qian in the afternnon. Will the goddess be unhappy or anything ? Or will my qian be not accurate ?
