8 hours or more
8 hours or less

try to get at least 8 hours of sleep a night, longer on weekends. i exercise daily so sleep is important recovery time for me. i acutually came across this thread and tried a sleepathon last Sunday. find that after i am truly rested with the optimum amount of sleep for my body to recover from the rough week, sleeping more is counterproductive.![]()
i need at least 6 hours of sleep... any less and i'd be extra grumpy..
body repairs itself between 10pm to 2am so optimal time to sleep is before 10pm. But if it is not possible, then try to sleep however early you can and try to sleep sufficient number of hoursrecovering the hours of sleep today for those that you lacked the night before doesn't help

Ditto!Here's a good read: http://news-service.stanford.edu/new...y28/sleep.html
I've read from somewhere that body need a minimum of 3 hours of rest, while the mind needs at least 2 hours, or vice versa... I can't recall totally.![]()

9 hours is the best for me but hard to maintain if I'm rushing assignments and stuff.
