Most singaporeans have NO CHOICE but to use SP because they monopolise the whole market ...

The most frustrating part is to email and feeback to SP BUT nobody get back!! I do not like to scold people because those customer service officers are not at fault, i just need their attention on this issue!!

ANOTHER feedback, they promised 1 day delivery if we post before 5pm by Thursday, but alot of my customer do not received the following day, i agree there is some areas which are really fast... but still not good enough..

Another case i encounter last week, item is just merely 100g itself even with bubblewrapped, it won't exceed 250gram, i used a $1 stamp which it definitely enough, but Jurong West SP staff insisted my customer to pay $2.75 for the insufficent postage amount!!!! Although customer still pay in the end without questioning them or to weigh on the spot.... I am still not very happy with SP services...

Kye, but Ayer Rajah manager promised me that they will change the postman for certain areas... so you might want to contact them and let them know which area you belongs to so they can rectify (hopefully)

I have been experiencing late mail. It took them more than a week for a local package. I'm expecting a package from the States, it's been more than a week now... it usually takes just 5 to 7 days.

Now near to xmas period the post always delays. U can say its still a month away, but its like this. Last year my sis had hundreds of complaints from her online customers because all the items she posted out were delayed by 2 weeks to 1 month and some even got lost. Even last month when i bought stuff online, i only received the items 2 weeks after the LOCAL seller posted out. And the voucher I bought and was looking forward to receive never came.

If you're sending out stuff within these few months I'd say, better pay a lil more and register than risk losing your items, unless its just cheap stuff. And those who buy online, prepare to wait longer than usual.

I've been waiting for so many of my backorders and they haven't arrived even though they were supposed to be sent out last week. Strangely, the HH dress that i bought from the latest collection came yesterday. It really baffles me how singpost works. Sigh.

OK so i just received my clothes from runwaybandits after anxiously waiting for 5 working days. The handwriting on the package is absolutely messy and atrocious! It's barely legible. As if they can't be bothered whether or not i receive my items. The writing is scattered all over AND the stamp is only $1 which i doubt is enough for 2 pieces of clothes?? Hello, i paid $2 for postage? The clothes are not folded properly and the one of the sleeves was tucked in all the way INSIDE the blouse, god. I doubt they even do quality checks before mailing out.

It's definitely not the xmas delay because i have bought items online this month via normal postage and it only takes max 2 days to reach me. My latest parcel from riotloco arrived in just 1 day despite it being so close to xmas now.

PLEASE opt for reg if you're gonna buy anything from runwaybandits. Lesson learned -_- close shave with lost mail.
