Surgery for double eyelids

I'm also considering to do double eyelid surgery.. But heard there are many methods.. One by just sewing.. But don think it suits me cos i got excess fats on my upper eyelids.. Any surgeon to recommend? *** are the costs? Is it really cheaper to do overseas than Singapore?

I don't recommend surgery overseas, because if you have any issues later and wish to go back to the doctor for revision, it is costly.

My sis, cousin and I did double eyelids in Korea (a very popular surgeon) and we have to fly back to correct the irregularities. But even the 2nd revision didn't help and the problems are only visible after about 3-4 months. It is not worth the money and time, if you ask me.

I didn't bother going back the 3rd time and had the revision done locally. It had been about 6 months since the correction by local surgeon. So far, am still satisfied with the surgeon's work.

I did at TCS at Central. The one near Clarke Quay. Cost $2k+.

My left eye looked especially bad and required MAJOR correction. But I need minor correction for my right eye coz if correct only the left eye, then the right eye will look weird and the overall eyes + face will be quite strange looking.

My cousin needed correction only for the right eye and paid slightly lesser (but I can't remember how much she paid). But her surgery took longer than mine, as the surgeon says hers is more complex.
